HELLO! For the past couple of years, I had the best time organising small curated Winter Arts Fairs in Moseley, Birmingham - showcasing a selection of local creatives and their stalls of handmade gifts, cards, decorations and other goods! In 2023, due to increased demand & so much lovely support; I decided to take the plunge and launch ‘Once In A Blue Moon’ Makers Markets.

Taking place each Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter - across three locations, you can join us for a fantastic time filled with brilliant stall-holders, enthusiastic visitors, and creative vibes! ✨

HOW DO I APPLY TO YOUR MARKETS?

You can find an application form right on this page - when they are open! There are regular reminders posted over on our Instagram (@bluemoonmarkets) during the lead-up to the application process opening, plus links to the form will be posted too! Typically, applications open two months before a market takes place. ✨

HOW MUCH ARE STALLS?

Stall fees vary based on a couple of factors, starting from £20 to £35 per day. The full price-list is on our application form, and you get to pick one or several options for which you would prefer!

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE STALL-HOLDER FEE?

• A table (sizes described earlier) and chairs for all stall-holders.

• Refreshments that are available for the entirety of the day! (ACCESS UPSTAIRS)

• Multiple types of promotion for the event, which will feature each stall-holder - including posters, flyers, sponsored social-media posts and more! 

• Our wonderful photographer (Angela Grabowska) who will be with us on the day, and takes snaps of everybody's stalls & products, as-well as the market day itself. Every stall-holder is provided with access to the photographs taken after the fair for your own use!

• A fun day filled with lovely stall-holders. 🐝🦢🐤

CAN I SHARE A STALL WITH A FRIEND?

You can either apply as a collective for a full stall (one application, detailing both of the makers involved) - or apply for two separate half stalls, making sure to note who you would like to partnered up with if both applications are successful!

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

I’m afraid stall fees are non-refundable, but I am open to potentially moving your stall to a later market date instead if you would prefer! This isn’t always possible however, but I’ll try my best.

DO I NEED A TICKET TO ENTER?

Nope! No pre-booking required; just turn up. BLUE MOON is completely free to enter!

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Yes please! We want ALL OF THE DOGS! 🐕

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! The Moseley Exchange is entirely accessible - with a ramp to enter, and a lift to access the first floor of stalls.

IS THERE PARKING?

Not directly at the venue, unfortunately. However, there are plenty of side roads nearby, or a cheap pay & display car park directly opposite the venue.
